The Flag of Khmelnytskyi Oblast is the official flag used in Khmelnytskyi, one of Ukraine’s 24 administrative divisions. Adopted on March 15, 1996, the design consists of four equal horizontal stripes of blue, yellow, red, and blue from top to bottom. The central stripe, yellow, features a coat of arms depicting a golden star and two griffins in the center. The flag’s colors represent the Ukrainian statehood, while the coat of arms symbolizes the historical significance of the region.
