The Naval Ensign of Algeria is the official flag used by the Algerian Navy. It consists of three horizontal stripes arranged in the colors green, white, and red, with a centered blue circular emblem at its center. The emblem features a five-pointed star and an olive branch crossed with a palm branch. This design signifies peace, unity, and strength within Algeria. Adopted after the country’s independence in 1962, the Naval Ensign of Algeria is a visual representation of national identity when used on naval vessels, uniforms, and other related items within the Algerian Navy.
